Technical & Quality Specs
Yes. Every single brand we distribute, including Magicrete, BirlaNu, Siporex, and JK Lakshmi, strictly adheres to the Bureau of Indian Standards (IS 2185 Part 3) code for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. We provide factory test certificates (compressions strength, density, and water absorption) with every delivery for your engineering team.
AAC blocks operate at a standard oven-dry density range of 551 to 650 kg/m³. This makes them roughly 50% lighter than standard red clay bricks (1800 kg/m³). This massive reduction in dead weight allows developers to save significantly on foundational steel (TMT bars) and cement usage.
Brands & Products
It depends entirely on your geographic location, project budget, and structural load requirements. Our technical sales team consults with you to choose the most efficient option from our premium portfolio: Shree Heatshield, BirlaNu, Biltech Siporex, JK Lakshmi, Insta Block, Connecc, Opas Buildcon, Ferrouscrete, Modtech, or Magicrete.
Mortar consumption depends on the thickness of the blocks used (e.g., 100mm, 150mm, 200mm). Generally, a 40kg bag of our high-strength polymer-modified adhesive applied at 3-4mm thickness covers 100 to 150 square feet. You can use our Free AAC Calculator to get the exact bag count for your wall area.
Logistics & Operations
Absolutely. While our corporate headquarters is at AWFIS, Suncity Success Tower in Gurgaon, Haryana, our vast logistics network and direct factory tie-ups with 10 top manufacturers allow us to dispatch raw materials seamlessly to construction sites anywhere across India.
To ensure the best wholesale pricing and logistics efficiency, our standard MOQ is generally one full truckload (which varies depending on the block dimension size and CBM volume). Contact our sales team to discuss specific load requirements for your site.
